Back After Baby is a rehab-based workout program for moms at any stage of motherhood

We are so excited to introduce the Back After Baby program! As two working moms we understand the aches and pains that come with having a baby, and with the gazillion different roles we take on daily. Our goal is to empower you with the information and guidance you need from the moment you come home from the hospital with your newborn to the day that you resume a fitness routine and beyond. We have incorporated all of our knowledge and experience, both as physical therapists and as moms, into a comprehensive postpartum rehabilitation program that can be done online. No need for appointments, baby sitters, or fancy equipment! Back After Baby can be utilized in the comfort of your own home, while your newborn sleeps or your toddler plays (okay maybe not the toddler part, we get it, we’re moms too!). The point is… it’s accessible! We’re not holding back either—we’ll give you all the information you’ll need in a format that is easy to follow and specifically tailored to your limitations and goals. Whether it’s walking two blocks or hiking a two-mile trail, this program will get you where you want to go!
