Experience a rehab based approach to postpartum recovery with Hallie & Ingrid, physical therapists and the founders of Back After Baby. This personalized workshop will help you identify common musculoskeletal deficits and teach you how to reconnect with your pelvic floor, spinal, and abdominal muscles. You’ll learn the critical steps necessary to physically recover from pregnancy and childbirth. Improve your posture, move with confidence, and get more out of your workouts with this two hour workshop.

We are so excited to be offering Back After Baby Classes!!! Discover how good it feels to reconnect with your body and rediscover the mind-muscle connection that is often lost postpartum. Each week, we’ll guide you through targeted exercises and activities designed to activate your core, improve posture, and restore good movement patterns. We provide hands on instruction and feedback to help you get the most out of your program. This class will leave you feeling stronger and more in control of your body, at less risk for injury, and ready to take on the next phase of the program! Space is limited to 5 participants.
